I upgraded my phone in November 2012. I noted now that since December 2013 I have been debited for a monthly insurance amount of R122.81. I never requested MTN insurance as my cellphone is covered under my household insurance. I have never signed an application form and I have certainly never received any policy documents. I want these funds repaid back to me as this can be construed as.
