I UPGRADED MY CELLPHONE ON 04/06/2013. THE SALES LADY Portia Vundla offered to update my insurance for my new s4 so that in the event of dammage or I would be covered. PORTIA ASKED ME TO SIGHN THE INSURANCE DOCUMENTS AMMENDING IT FROM A S3 PHONE TO A S4 AND TOLD ME THAT SHE COULD NOT GET THROUGH TO 24 hour mobiity insurance and that I Could leave the shop and that she will submit the insurance form for me. MY S4 GOT ON THE WEEKEND AND WHEN I WENT TO THE SHOP TO REORT IT AND TO CLAIM FOR A REPLACEMENT THE MANAGER MARK TOLD ME THAT THEY CANT FIND THE INSURANCE DOCUMENTS. 24 HR mobility also denies receiving any adendums to my insurance by Portia frm Mtn. I HAVE BEEN PAYING A INSURANCE PREMIUM FOR A S3 ALL ALONG AND am not covered for a s4. I DEMANT A REPLACEMENT PHONE FROM MTN BECAUSE OF THEIR NEGLIGENCE IN SUBMITTING MY INSURANCE documents.
