I was robbed 736 by insurance company

I was covered for 8400 on cellphone insurance. When I claimed that amount was confirmed twice by me and manager at mtn the glen. The guys at the insurance confirmed 8400. When I was at the store to collect the phone that amount changed to 7800 no clear explanation of why. I was told by palesa that either I pay the 600 difference or I don't get the phone. No supervisor or management was available to clarify what palesa was telling me. After almost 2 hrs on the phone. I paid the extra 600 plus 136 for sim card which was supposedly covered by insurance. I felt like I was robbed by a big insurance company of 736 because they breached the contract we signed when I took the insurance. They were quick to cancel my policy and went on to deduct another premium at the end of December.
