Since the beginning of April, I've had a problem with 3G coverage in the area where I live. When I called the call centre to enquire about the problem, I was advised to go to a cell c shop and fill out a "network coverage problem sheet" witch I did and then I they told me I should phone after 4 working days. I phoned back 3 times after that and every time the same answer: Its being investigated!!! I'm paying for a service witch I can't use and I don't think it is fair at all. I WANT SOMETHING DONE NOW!!!
