Policy documents still outstanding!!!

My policy documents for my 1 Life direct life insurance is still outstanding. Ive taken out the policy over the phone, i have amended and adjusted it over the phone. My insurance policy documents were apparently posted to me. No email confirmation was received from them. They didnt even schedule blood tests to be done!! How do i know that i am covered in case something happens seeing as i have no documentation from them?? How do i know that they will pay out should something happen to me. My monthly premium is going off from my account, but i dont know what for. I have no paper work. This is utterly ridiculous. I will have to cancel my policy with them seeing as i dont know what im covered for, i havent signed or read any terms and conditions. What a useless company!!!
