UPGRADE BILLING NIGHTMARE

I have registered a query on MTN active 2 days ago but have received no response yet.

I upgraded my contract 2 months ago. The promotion I took was the MTN anytime 200 which has R200 airtime, 200 SMS and 200MB data @ R399. My 1st months bill ran almost R800 and the 2nd bill is more than R1800!!! It seems that none of my bundles were loaded and I was left to pay premium prices for data and calls and even sms. I am also still being charged for Blackberry IS as per my previous contract.

Urgently allocate the data and call and sms bundles for the 2 months, before the debit order goes from my account. This means I will have 400MB less data to pay for the 2 months and this will also result in the remainder of data used to be A LOT cheaper on out of bundle rates. Also adjust the amounts charged for calls and sms and BIS.

I cannot afford R800 OR R1800 if I signed up for R399. I have checked with the office of the Consumer Protector and this is contractually illegal. They also advised that you had to at least sent notice of reaching limits. Urgently amended my bill with the necc credits. I have 2 other contracts with you and feel you should at least value my patronage.
