Incorrect billing and consultant is rude

I have been biled incorrectly for my June invoice, for the last 3 months I have been billed from 3 Mar, 3 April, 3 May a 24 months free BES subscription on my invoice and for the June invoice it is not reflecting and when calculating June compared to May is is not relfecting the R97.99 that is free. The consultant is addamant that I am incorrect, when I know for sure that Vodacom has not deducted the free subscription for this month and does not relfect on the invoice either. But forJune just my subscription service is R528 and for the last 3 months it is R430.01. Vodacom customer care consultants do not understand the billing. This needs to rectified ASAP or I am going to cancel my contract with immediate effect I will not pay for anything more than I am supposed to pay for. It is the second time since my upgrade in Dec 2012 that my billing is incorrect.
