On the 1st June I noticed that an incorrect amount was billed to my account substantially higher than normal. When I visited the Northgate branch, I must have been in the store for about half an hour before I was told they have no way to tell me why I was incorrectly billed. Eventually we logged a case before leaving the store: 6093474 and was assured I would receive a call within 72 working hours (Thursday), no call. On the 3rd June I received an email statement indicating I had purchased 7 Once Off Data bundles with a higher amount than previously indicated.

Today I am unable to get through to the call centre.
