Data line suspended due to incorrect billing

I have been to Cell C walk in centre in Park Town to resolve the billing queries as a result I'm still getting billed incorrectly as the price plan was changed to R 99 however that is not the amount I'm getting billed as a result they have suspend my data line. The call center is no help as they dont understand the query and tell me to pay the incorrect amount.
