Not receiving discount as promised

A couple of months ago I made the huge mistake of porting from Crashua Mobile to Cell C. I thought the service would be better, but alas not.
I had HUGE trouble to get Cell C to port my number from Nashua and it took numerous calls and weeks to get this sorted, which resulted in me being forced to pay 2 contracts at the same time, something I warned Cell C that I did not want to do. The delay was due to Cell C's incompetence and after my discussion with Sidefree Valoyi, who eventually assisted me, he promised me that they would not bill me my subs for the first month, to refund me for their incompetence in porting my number, which resulted me in carrying extra costs.
However, this has not happened. I emailed Sidefree who also did not bother to respond to my email. This was also not the first time he has done so (refer to previous complaints).
On top of that, Cell C also captured my debit order details incorrectly which caused me the inconvenience of receiving sms from Cell C threatening to cancel service if the account was not paid.
This is disappointing service from Cell C.
I would never recommend anyone to port to Cell C!
