In February I sign up for a 3G 2GB data contract with the MTN store at New Redruth centre in Alberton. On my contract it states that I will be paying R139pm. My first debit order where R179 but thought that it will include my connection and admin fee. The second debit order was R169 but thought that maybe it is still paying for the few weeks in February and for the month. The next debit order was R169 again and therefore I went back to the MTN Store to find out why I'm paying R169 were I've signed for R139. The shop assistant said that she will send a email to head office to correct my account. Once again I where billed for R169. I went back to the MTN Store to find out what happened to my acount where she stated that I've reported the billing problem less then to 2 weeks to the end of the month and therefore everything will be sorted out on the next bill. The next debit order went through again R169. Can MTN please credit my account with the over payments and correct my debit order amount.
