Wrong Debit order date AGAIN!!

I have phoned in on numerous occasions to have the debit order dates moved, and after a hassle free month last month, true-as-bob this month my account get's debited before my salary cleared. Bank charges get's billed on these mistakes and never get's credited!! i want to know when where and how my query will be attended to and why these mistakes replays every other month. It is utterly frustrating having to pay for a mistake that could have been avoided...
