DEBIT ORDER ON MY ACCOUNT

I received a call from mobimoola in April rendering their services i did register with them and they said they will debit my account for the registration fee, they did not debit for three months and in August they debited my account. I called them to tell them to stop the debit because i no longer need the service, they said i must send them an email to cancel and i did. however the debit order went trough the following month and the month after and the next one, i was reversing the debit order. At the beginning of this month they made another debit order and i called them to advise them of the debit orders they said i must send an email to cancel, i did and i gave them a call to follow up and they said they have received the email and has stopped the debit order. Today they have made another debit order and i have to reverse, this is unacceptable and it is a bad record on my credit profile to reverse on a monthly bases. I am frustrated please help
