On the 19th of May I changed my banking details with Vodacom, my debit order did not go off due to them not logging it in to the system correct. they cut my line and I am having a very hard time finding a way to pay it due to me working every day till 6 and Saturdays till 1. Now they want to charge me R100.00 extra for the debit order not going off. One of their consultant confirmed that my account was not loaded correct, BUT I HAVE TO PAY FOR THEIR MISSTAKE
