Cell C
Extremely poor 3G speeds

I took a 3G data contract with Cell C a few months back and had super fast always on internet. Almost a week ago the speeds started dropping till the point where it is almost non existing. It is not my 3G dongle as the internet is equally slow on my mobile phone. I phoned Cell C customer care and according to the 'technical' assistant there is coverage problems in certain areas, but she she couldn't tell where and when it is going to be fixed. Seems like a standard answer to me. My average ping is about 2000mS to Google servers with regular timeouts.
