Charged for services cancelled months ago

I have cancelled the "Cell C Get It" service numerous times. This has to be done via separate service since Cell C normal customer service does not accept any responsibility for this service, despite them charging it onto the same Cell C bill and account.
The last time I cancelled the service was on the 22 April 2013 (It's June now) with reference number 6039470.

Perhaps Cell C will eventually cancel this service, ( I live in hope), but I am quite sure they will not refund the monies which they charge in the interim. This means they have effectively 'lifted' money off me.

It is in Cell C's financial interest to delay a cancellation of service by a couple of months. If this is multiplied by 10% of the customers that they do it to, it equates to R 34 Million per month. If this happens for a number of months (as it has to me), we are talking hundreds of R Millions on one service. A very lucrative business indeed.
I don't think that anyone who works for Cell C would accept any other company practising this method on them. What if they rented a car, and the rental company decided to charge them for an additional 3 months usage. Sounds ridiculous. Where else would we accept this?
