Billed when my contract is cancelled

I have cancelled this contract three months before the contract ended, however i have been biilled for June 2013 R200.08 and now received a statement advising me that i will be charged R260.27, for July
This amount is not even my monthly installment, the phone had not been used for the past three months,
I refuse to pay this amount will put a stop order and refer this to my laywer,
i await your urgent response or I will report this as, you have no rights to charge me this,
I will go to the media or even third Degree, what a useless company, i will never use cell c again, and make sure every person i know i will be sure to let them know that they should never deal with cell c
