Cell C
Contract still not cancelled

I have cancelled my contract within 7 days of purchasing a phone on contract from Cell C.
Cell C has promised to cancel my contract and give me a refund on my account.

Two months has gone by and Cell C has deducted the full payment amount. I haven't been using the sim card and the phone was returned to the store.

I called Cell C several times to cancel my contract, and they kept saying the cancellation is pending.

Just wish the company can stop deducting my money for no reason.

Poor service.
