Absolutely no feedback and they my money

In November 2013 I cancelled my already expired contract after not being able to utilized for more than 2 months, at which point I also explained to them that I do not want to be invoiced for the months that I was not able to connect to the internet i.e no service rendered no payment.

I was instructed by Cell C to send them my request in writing and all will be sorted, now a couple of months later and I give up I have sent them about 5 emails and I get NO feedback!!! I am tired of this I was a loyal customer and this is the treatment I get from them!!??

I want my money back that was from me my last payable invoice I got from Cell C was for R2k and I refuse to accept any invoices after that excessive one.

These are the ref numbers I got from them which means NOTHING!!!
Your reference number is 1311120000196786 and another one 3123001210

I will never endorse Cell C for as long as I live, might not mean much to them but being a IT Business owner I will make sure I spread the word to all my customers.
