Fault ref: 132cwk110513 Opened 11/05/2013 Simply closed 23/05/2013 Engineer came out realized the problem is not on the property promised to let me know and left.
Fault ref: 18CWK010613 Opened 01/06/2013 Simply closed (03/06/2013) Engineer came out seemed to have no idea what they are doing and left nothing resolved.
Fault ref: 55cwk040613 Opened 04/06/2013 Simply closed (05/06/2013 No engineer no call (Specialist changed port on Dslam I think again)
Fault ref: 1304cwk050613 Opened 05/06/2013 Ongoing but the outcome seems obvious
Here's what I've done: Tested with new Router new wired cable, With splitter and without. With phone and without connected. Different Isp's Mweb, Afrihost, Axxcess and Telkom test account Line Attenuation and SNR are excellent. Here's what Telkom has done: Reset port "Technical support" didn't work Specialist changed port on Dslam I think, didn't work. Engineer tested connection from Distribution Point same high latency's (His laptop and router used) Changed wirering at my LOC and the Distribution Point didn't work.
