Telkom Exchange clearly faulty

I've now logged my 3de fault with Telkom for the exact same problem there's clearly something wrong with there exchange in the Wynburg area. I've seen similar complaints on Facebook, Mybroadband and here on HelloPeter. But still nothing is being done

I've had massive latency on the line for the past 3months now when contacting "Technical" support and explaining the issue they have no idea what I mean. Even after explaining that I'm unable to open web pages because the server simply times out. Clearly the Dslam is massively congested or faulty
Fault ref: 1cwk220413 Opened 22/04/2013 Simply closed 06/05/2013 No engineer no call
Fault ref: 132cwk110513 Opened 11/05/2013 Simply closed 23/05/2013 Engineer came out realized the problem is not on the property promised to let me know and left.
Fault 18CWK010613 Opened today (01/06/2013) I called Telkom to explain that the fault is still unresolved, lady said she'll reopen fault and I'll receive a text...""

Never escalated anything blatantly to me and hung up. It clearly seems that there is no financial gain in fixing the issue and therefor not going to be done... Can't believe what companies can get away with
