ISSUE UNRESOLVED (3months-till date)

MWEB!!! the worst ISP in the history of the world!!!

Coming from a development background, and relying on MWEB to host my websites was the WORST Idea ever.
After having downtime on pretty much a bi-weekly basis (on EVERY Single Website for my entire tenure as a customer), and having tried to deal with the pathetic representatives of this company only to receive responses such as: "I'm not sure why your site is down sir" ; "I'm not too sure when we are going to have it up"; " The department that deals with those sort of queries, is closed, we CANNOT do anything about your Problem", etc.

I have had an issue that has been outstanding for 3 - 4 MONTHS!!! Phoned in pretty much everyday for the last 4 - 6 weeks, took off a weeks work to resolve my issues with these people and finally after thinking that I've finally gotten somewhere this week, the representative Aneesha, to me by promising to resolve this issue THIS WEEK and CALL ME BACK by no later than Wednesday (05/06/13) it is now Friday (07/06/13) and I am still waiting!

SORT OUT MY ISSUE!!!
