Still Not Fixed

My website was hacked and i reported the problem last week monday 9/09/13 i spoke to the webhosting division at MWEB and was told the team would contact me within an hour i left it till wednesday called mweb back same story someone will call me back i even sent an email and no one called back or replied to my email. I then called again on friday after waiting on hold for a hour first at 10 am same story someone will call me back and they apologized that no one has called me back. at 3 pm no one had called me back again and my website was still up i called mweb back and this time they guaranteed they would fix my website and call me back within an hour. Its now 1 week later my website is still up and still hacked i am unable to login at all to fix it myself MWEB dont seem to care about the customers websites after they offer these promotions to do websites
