Mweb
Website still not working

We moved our domain hosting from another ISP to mweb hoping that the service will be better... since we moved we have been struggling to upload our website content through the cpanel provided by mweb. We have also asked our web developer to have a look and he emailed them exactly what they need to do to correct the issue on their side. The issue has since been escalated, however our website is still down for more than two weeks now and we are loosing allot of customers... The issue has been escalated to the IMC premier department (since we are a premier customer) and every time I contact them to try and follow up this case, they keep telling me that the IMC premier department doesn't take calls... so no one is phoning me back regarding the issue and our website is down.. all the while we are paying them to be online...
