Mweb - Such poor customer service it's comical

I have six business Internet connections with Mweb which all run very well. However a situation has occurred with Mweb that I just have to report here on HelloPeter as no-one is interested at Mweb.

Three weeks ago I tried to apply for Mweb Talk. It asked me to login into my account, which I did, but there was no way to signup there. I called customer service but after the usual very long wait on hold I gave up and left my number for a call back. They didn't call back as usual so after the weekend I emailed my account manager at Mweb. After a another week passed I called senior staff. All showed false interest in the situation but did not follow up. Finally last Monday, 2 weeks after initially contacting my accounts manager, I got a Mweb Talk account.

The cherry on the cake is that the account doesn't not work with the Mweb Android App. Many people have commented about this is the Google Play store but it seems to be unresolved. I am now waiting for their technical department to sort this out.

It has been THREE WEEKS since I initially tried to signup. THREE WEEKS to do something that took me 3 minutes with FNB Connect and 30 seconds with Viber (and other similar apps)
