Z10 cost me R400, 000.00 business

My phone decided to change all my logged calls to random names off my contacts list.
If I received a call from a number that does not link up to my contacts list then my phone chooses a random name from the contact list, removes the incoming number from the log, and puts the new random contacts number in the log.
Effectively I loose the incomin number and cannot return the call.
I received a call from a new customer requesting an order for R400, 000.00 and confirmation of price within an hour as they had atender deadline.
I was one of 3 quotes requested. They customer phoned me back after 45 minutes to confirm everything. Liked my price and and I said that I would phone back in 5 minutes for his email address after chatting to my partner for confirmation.
I could not phone him back (number was morphed) and till today he has not phoned me back (don't blame him, he must have thought if that is the service he is receiving before the order - how bad will it be if he gives me an order).
After 4hrs on the phone to Blackberry and 3 return calls from them my phone is still playing up.
Will they swop it for a new phone... NO. Ordered the new s4.for my partners and myself
