I went and got a new phone contract at the Vodacom in Clearwater and was really upset as the consultant that helped us said we can pay our account at the voda 4u in the other end of clear water so we went and paid he pro rate of R415.00 and took he slip to him as proof we then took out a second contract on my name. I specifically asked him so will the payment we just made reflect on the system he said yes and carried on 4 days later that same amount went of my account and phoned there service hot line I immediately and got helped and was told I need to fax the slip as proof of payment to them and i did and he said someone will phone me in 24 hours and then the money would be put back my account. 6 day's later i have to phone the as no one got back to me. Got through and was transferred from person to person and when I lady finally helped me se was no HELP she said someone would be phoning me during the month and then only will they be letting me know is going o take 14 days??? They were wrong and they made the mistake and the my money and don't even know that I need the money!!! I live according to a budget and now I don't have money for the month. Service was Horrible!!!
