Vodacom STEALS YOUR MONEY!!!

Last month they debited my account with to little, immediately I phoned them and told them. 1st they said a payment was made into my account and there is no error. I went on holiday when they phoned me and said there was an error and I need to make an immediate payment. I explained that there is no banks close and made the payment the moment that I was able.

This month it's the complete reverse. I worked out all my debit orders and transferred the correct amount to my account. Vodacom debited my account with an amount that they don't even know why... Resulting in my other debit orders not going off. I'm now paying the bank fees even if it's their mistake. But wait for it: they will refund me the balance, but they don't know when, maybe 17 to 21 working days. WHAT THE!!! Why are they our superior, that they can decide when they want to give money that they took from us back. We're the client but we have to bow down to them. This is unacceptable. I'm a widow and pensioner and now I'm stuck with no money and the losses of banking fees. I will now walk around handing out pamphlets telling people to avoid Vodacom and explain my story. I will not leave it here.
