I am very disappointed with this kind of customer service. Clearly I am a victim of and all I am seeking is urgent assistance in getting a new handset to conduct my business activities.

First and far most I am an insurance payer and I insured my phone for these unexpected inconveniences. Black berry service was not available in the remote area I was and I took off my Sim card from the black berry and used my other Nokia handset so as to access net work. I have done my part and reported to police and the case is being investigated.

Secondly, if you can't assist me to get another phone, please refund me my full insurance installments and cancel my MTN contract with immediate effect. I have not had a response from Adrian in 4 days

MTN''S URGENT response is kindly appreciated.
