After numerous promises vodacom still failed to keep up to their promises and still treat their customers like rubbish. I received a call a day after I posted this from Rochell Carolus who from the word go "in a scripted manner" said she is calling to turn around my customer experience to a good one, I then decided to redo the upgrade we confirmed stock availability and even checked the colour, a few days after I had been following up I get told sorry no stock. If someone was doing their job correctly whilst we were doing the upgrade they would have checked availability, this information is communicated to me days later after I followed up and by then the delivery should've been in my door step. The lack of customer service, incompetence displayed by vodacom staff is extremely baffling. I am still in shock from this amazing experience. So in conclusion, yes my customer experience has changed to the worst. Congratulations on a job well done and meeting your targets.
