Cant cancel expired contract

I opened a vodacom contract in May 2011, in May 2013 I expected it to be terminated and the money would not be deducted monthly anymore. In july I realised the money is still being deducted. When phoning Vodacom they said I have to cancel the contract otherwise it will run from month to month, I asked for it to be cancelled immidiatly. Its now 3 months later and 3 attempts later Im still paying for a contract that hasnt been used since last year. When phoning the cancellations department and asking to speak to a Supervisor or Manager its always not possible, theyre busy or in a meeting or a call or or or. Im sick of this, Vodacom rob their custemors by not cancelling the contracts automaticly and making life extremely difficult to cancel it when you have finally realised you are being robbed. Hello Peter has been my last resort lets see if there could be some action atleast. These guys are quick to take your money.
