10 minutes holding, and still no answer!!

I called MTN's "customer" care line to simply find out what my sim card's phone number is. First the automated voice said, sorry all our lines are busy please try again later, and the line went dead. After trying again, I am told by the same voice to "stay on the line" for over 10 minutes!!! The fact that all consultants are SO busy only suggests one of two things to me 1) Either the service is so poor that everyone is trying to call MTN for assistance or 2) There are not enough consultants employed by MTN to deal with customers. Shocking service.
