Customer care line

Why is it that whenever you call the customer care call line, you have to wait ages to get helped!!! I do not want to be waisting my airtime on some voice machine!!! Then what is the point of having a customer care line??? Jeeeez!!! Why is the electricity purchase option still OFF??? Ive been told a day ago it will be back online in an hour, still nothing!!! Come on now man get this rite CUSTOMER CARE LINE!!! If you are too lazy to assist the customers calling then DON'T WORK for customer care lines!!!
