Phone Tswane helpline, holding the line for 32 minutes, still no answer. "All our operators are still busy, your call is important to us, please stay on the line for the next available operator" ---- I've heard this million times, and after 32 minutes from a Cellphone, I cannot afford this any longer!!! What a disgrace!!!
