It took one month, two escalations to get my voice line fixed in the Cape.

I am in my third month to get my ADSL line fixed. It does work sometimes but at half the speed it should.
I gave up and switched to Afrihost in the hope that they might be in a better position to deal with Telkom. Unfortunately I need to cancel my ADSL data bundle before the ADSL line can be migrated and hopefully restored to what I am paying for.

This brings me to 10210!!!

First round I waited for 29 minutes before giving up. Second round lasted 31 minutes and a few seconds before the line went dead. Third round lasted 25 minutes!!!

Telkom Please cancel my ADSL data subscription and allow Afrihost to migrate my ADSL line!!!.. and then you can spend some time finding those consultants?
