Same old problem that TELKOM is struggling to fix

We applied for an adsl line and specifically asked not to have a voice line. TELKOM went ahead and gave us exactly what we didn't ask for, a voice line. We have never required a voice line and we never used the voice line. After long long long long discussions and explaining, TELKOM refunded the money. However, they are still deducting the money for the voice line from the credit they have given us. TELKOM, WE DON'T NEED OR USE THE VOICE LINE, PLEASE CANCELL IT AND REFUND OUR MONEY.
We reported this incident on Hello Peter and TELKOM responded. Otley came to our rescue and helped us quite a bit. She did give her direct telephone number and said that the problem would end with her. Unfortunately, it did not. Trying to get hold of her is impossible. The number is engaged, or not working, but we could not get hold of her ever since.
