Loyalty Points???

I received sms like every month that I have Loyalty Points. I had 636. I used 600 points to buy 100 free sms's. That was on Saturday. When I checked on Monday I saw that they did not upload as the message said. I did send two email to MTN but the staff there don't seem to understand my problem just answer things I did not ask for.
So my problem is the points are gone and I have no free sms"s.

Will really appreciate it if somebody can just tell me how 100 sms could just disappear like my airtime does??
