INCORRECT DEBIT ORDER DATE

Once again 8ta gets it wrong.
Every month 8ta debits my account on the 25th, so now it comes to December and they decide to DEBIT my account in January (against our agreement on the contract signed) so i had insufficient funds in my account and GOT a R90 penalty fee on my cheque account.

When i called them they advised us via sms about the change in debit date, yet i have a DATA contract so would not hav my SIMCARD in a phone. Why not go the extra mile and try to contact me on my contact number on the CONTRACT.

I WOULD APPRECIATE A CONSULTANT TO CONTACT ME, AND I WANT THAT R90 penalty that i have recieved on my account to be deducted from my next payment
