CAPITEC ADVERSELY AFFECTED CREDIT RATING!!!

I took out a personal loan with Capitec around April this year. According to the contract the monthly debit for the repayment of the loan would run off on the 25th of each month. The 1st month that the debit order was due to run off it ran on the 20th May 2013. I immediately emailed a Ms. Sherri-Lynn Lewis (agent from Capitec) advising of such and confirming that the debit did not run off on the 25th as agreed and that I did have funds in my account but it was allocated for something else. She was apologetic and assured me that this would not occur again. This has occurred 2 more times after the incident in May (in August and September 2013), again I advised that I was debited early and the debit was returned due to insufficient funds in my account and that I need to change my debit order to run off on the last day of the month. Sherri-Lynn advised me that she would need copies of my bank statements in order to change the debit order and refund me for the unpaid debits penalty. I submitted the bank statements about 2/3 weeks ago, tried to contract Sherri telephonically and confirm that I have to date not yet received a response and this has adversely affected my credit record!!!
