Debit Orders going of earlear than date signed fo

I took a personal loan from Capitec bank last year.. The date set for the debit order cannot be changed as they set the debit order on the day of my salary, which is fine if they do so but they try to take money from my bank account a day or sometimes two days before... I went to my bank for a bank statement and was shocked to see the penalties I pay every month because of insufficient funds as they try to take the debit order a day before my salary is transferred to my account... Is that penalty worth it after a few months? R57 Every month penalty because Capitec takes the debit order a day before the date I singed for?
