Wrong Debit order date

I have a personal loan with FNB, the debit date agreed on contract is the 25th of every month but FNB debits my account on the 23rd. The debit order was unpaid which resulted in misconduct of my cheque account. I called FNB and they told me I must go through my employer and get proof that I am paid on the 25th, because on their records it appears as if I am paid on the 24. With other accounts I have never had such hassles when trying to change my debit order date, I regret having taken a loan with FNB
