Are we confused?

I recently got a vehicle and signed a finance deal with Nedbank MFC. I was reading the contract and found it peculiar that my debit order date was set for the 5th, since my salary gets deposited on the 25th. On the 4th of April 2013 I emailed [Email Removed] following instructions on your MFC website. I requested a change of debit order date to the 25th. I did receive a generated response telling me someone will contact me in 24 to 48 hours. A few days went past and nothing! Not a good sign. I then called your call centre one morning early and was informed by Simphiwe that my 1st debit order date is the 25th of May 2013, I requested a reference number and he told me to use his name!? Another bad sign. Low and behold, last night the debit order was deducted from my account one month early?? aka last night. I used that funds to close a clothing account. Now is this a breach of contract? Since nothing was correctly communicated to me and I signed for the 5th of May? Please help.
