CANNOT GET THROUGH TO SOMEONE TO SPEAK TO

We had a perfectly good working line someone came out to check our internet on Saturday 1st June next thing he left and the line was broken - needless to say you can only speak to an automated voice system on telkom which i have reported the fault on Saturday already i have tried calling no stop and there is no help whatsoever when i go onto their website it gives me an error that it has already been reported! WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THIS?
