FAX LINE BROKEN FOR OVER A MONTH

We first reported our office fax line out of order on 12 December 2013. We are a business and need the fax line working. Telkom Business then came out on a Saturday and "fixed" the problem. Our office is not open on a Saturday! On 17.12.13 we again reported the fault as it had NOT been fixed! Once again we informed them of our office hours and that we have tested the machinery and it is NOT the machinery! Once again Telkom came out on a SATURDAY knowing full well that we are closed. Again I received an sms saying the error had been fixed. On 06.01.14 I advised Telkom Business that the fault had STILL NOT BEEN FIXED!!! On 17.01.14 i received a call from a technician asking about the issue (despite our many calls advising them of same) and advised him of our office hours and that they are to come DURING OFFICE HOURS! On Sunday 21.01.14 i received an sms saying that the issue was being resolved. WE ARE STILL WAITING! THIS IS A JOKE! WE ARE TRYING TO RUN A BUSINESS HERE AND NEED THE FAX NUMBER ON OUR LETTERHEADS TO FUNCTION!
