Account still not sorted out

My account was cancelled in December 2012. Telkom never cancelled the account and kept on billing me. I lodged a complaint on Hello Peter, and Telkom responded but STILL they have not sorted out the account. They only credited me R470 and I still had to pay over a R1000.00. I do not know how this works cause when the whole thing started the initial amount that I had to pay according to the attorneys was R800 and something and that was paid in March and still the other day I had to pay over a R1000.00.

I asked Telkom to only cancel my ADSL line but I want to keep the telephone line, and until now it has not been reconnected.
