To Whom It May Concern:

I cancelled my account (0118132459) on the 31 March 2013, thinking that it would be closed I paid the last account for the month of March. I have subsequently had a new Telkom line (Only), ADSL with MWEB, installed at our new home (0118676459). Only to find out that Telkom never cancelled my old account and I have been paying Double!!!

Please can some-one contact me in this regard? I would like to know how I will be credited for the extra payments for April & May on the old account?

Also please can you have my address set correctly on my accounts as:

I don't know how many times I have to ask for this to be done, are your employees truly this incompetent??

If this is not resolved by Wednesday I will contact The National Consumer Commission (NCC)!
