Shame on you altech auopage

My cell phone number is with autopage i called them on the 21st of may 2013 spoke to zaheer ordered a new samsung N8000 no problem will deliver in 2 to 3 days he assured me it would be hassel free
waited called him on many occasions emailed him why no delivery excuses like parcel was sent to courier and came back because they did not give proper id and address of mines then comes the phone on monday the 04/06/2013 on tuesday morning i tried to call him line busy to tell him that the phone is freezing on incoming calls spoke to a woman to log call to pick up cell and replace with a new 1 she tells me procedure is to pick up the 1 have had and check 1st for any water damage etc i decided to go direct to altech in midrand ask for zaheer to come down waited then was told to go and see kavan he was instructed to deal with me by zaheer not at any time did zaheer come down kavan tried to help excepted the phone but to my amasement no stock not a 1 that is properly wrapped in a seal box they will have to order when it comes he will call me back after 2 hours of being there came home with out a phone>>>> to renew a newcontract with altech what a mission
