Bad Experience

I hate Vodacom service trust me, I upgraded last week from Cellphone to Data Contract now they Suspended my Account saying that i was not supposed to upgrade, were else they send me the sms that i need to come and upgrade, MTN is so much better than all this scrap of service they give. i spoke to some Consultant with a thick attitude now who told me that its my fault that am in this situation, consumer rights violated at it best by Vodacom, as consumers we have the right to be Informed which they failed to do. now am stuck with a phone and cannot make any outgoing calls, etc. Well i will just go to some Nigerian shop, sell their stupid Tablet, pay them off and cancell my contract, i have had it with Vodacom. I rather go to MTN they give better service to my Mom she never complains about their service and happy with them. Trust Vodacom to spil your day
