I paid R1500 extra due to their incompetence!

I upgraded in February and opened a new contract for a phone for my son. I was initially serviced by Samuel, (who did a great job) When I had to pick up the phones, he was unfortunately not there, and I got assisted by Angie (I think her name was) We have asked that an extra 1 GIG databundle be added to my son`s cellphone contract. Angie has written it down on the contract and I signed. However, it was never loaded onto the contract. Under the impression that we do have the 1GIG databundle, my son served the net etc. Upon receiving my next month`s bill, I was charged an amount of R782.06 for data usage. I went to the branch, and was told that they have not loaded the 1GIG databundle as requested. Samuel admitted it is a mistake from their side. I have informed him that another 15 days has already past into the new month, meaning that I will also be charged on next month bill for the data used in the meantime, which came to a total R737.76 charged on my April bill. I was told that they will have to refund me the money from their own pockets. It didnt happen. I went back to complain to the manager, who told me they will refund it. Until now it hasnt happened.
