Fiday - new phone - new micro sim - new 64 k sim for other phone. Activated micro sim on saturday - old sim expired but new one not activated - phoned again on Sunday - Eisha assisted me and ended up calling me back twice and I am now a very happy customer. I then phoned for the other sim swap and was told that contract sims cannot be done - upon asking why i could do the other i got so much attitude I ended up disconnecting the call. I phoned again and was assisted by Megan who took me through the process with no hiccups.
